Shipping

Where do you ship? 

We primarily ship to the United States but also offer international shipping. 

How much is shipping? 

Shipping depends on the product ordered, the total weight and where we're shipping to. You can check out the price of shipping at checkout. but we also give free shipping on certain events like Christmas ,black Friday so stay tuned for that!

How long does it usually take for an order to arrive? 

Shipping and delivery time is Usually 3 to 5 days since we use fast shipping method which is DHL express 

Why didn't my shipment come in from Canada? 

We do have our shops in different countries due to fast shipment and many more reasons our mean goal is to provide best service to our clients so they can enjoy our piece of arts !

I paid for Priority Fulfillment, where is my order? 

When you select Priority Fulfillment at checkout this bumps your order to the front of the line. Our supplier sends your order out before anyone else's. Your order will still take 2-3 weeks to arrive but Priority Fulfillment can take anywhere from 1-5 days off that time. 

My shipment has been delayed, can I have a refund? 

We do not offer refunds for delayed shipments unless it's been 30 days since you ordered. 

Orders

I need to change my order...

Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been started or  fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email at info@jwsteelcrafts.com within 24 hours after placing your order. If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications to your order.

I gave you the wrong address...

Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. Please email us at info@jwsteelcrafts.com explaining your situation and if we haven't shipped your order yet we can make the change! If your order has shipped but it's going to the wrong address we will send another order to you for free but you'll need to cover the shipping for that replacement order.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We offer secure shopping and accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major credit and debit card companies.

What is your refund policy? 

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee within 30 days after you receive your items. This means we will refund your purchase (minus shipping fees) if you are for any reason not completely satisfied with your items! We want to provide a risk-free and pleasant experience and trust our customers not to take advantage of this offer.
